Running
- Run the Las Vegas RnR Marathon [without getting injured!]
- Run a 1/2 marathon in less than 2 hours, 45 minutes
- Run at least 4 times per week
- ... And make at least 1 of those outside [Hi, I'm Gidget and I'm a treadmill addict]
- Keep track of mileage
- Run at least 1 5k
- ... And at least 1 10k
- Stretch before and after every run
- RICE when you suspect even a hint of injury - don't get screwed again!
- Roll after every run over 5 mile and every other run that feels at all tight
- Do squats in the shower every day
- Do hip exercises every day
- Do planks every day
- Do arm exercises 3 times/week
- Do some type of cardio (not running) 1-2 times/week
- Do yoga twice/month
- Drink no more than 1 glass of wine 3 nights/week
- Drink no more than 2 glasses wine (or 1 mixed drink)/weekend
- Figure out what the best diet FOR ME is (Note: This obviously needs to be fleshed out)
- Go grocery shopping once/week
- No non-coffee, non-tea, non-water beverages during the day
- No more than 3 lattes/week [try to lower later in the year!]
- Juice only on the weekends or when sick
- Finish at least 2 klean kanteens of water/day
- Do all work 2 days before it's due
- Ask questions when necessary! Don't wait until the end of the semester
- Finish reading before the end of the semester
- Start outlining at least 1 month before finals
- Spend at least 5 hours/week in the library
- Devote 1 weekend day/month to studying
- Send out at least 5 resumes/month
- Get a job! (that pays!)
- Pass the bar!
- Clean room and keep it that way!
- Empty car and keep it that way!
- Organize and keep closet organized
- Clean bathroom once/week
- Do things before they're due!
- Keep my finances in check
- Create a budget and stick to it
- Go out with 1 non-Moondoggie/non-roomie friend/week
- Join at least 3 "social" organizations
- Be "put together" at least 5 days/week
